Service Description

As a DONA trained birth doula, I offer a broad range of support for birthing people before and during childbirth. Every pregnant person, baby, and birth are unique and by truly listening I support pregnant people in achieving their ideal birth experience. I provide physical and emotional support, suggestions for comfort measures and positioning, a calm presence, and encourage your natural rhythms and needs. It is my goal to provide non-judgmental support and continuous care, and to show up with ideas, tools and a willingness to go with the natural flow of labor as it unfolds. *I will not attend unassisted home births.
